Meet the Founder


I’m Radhika Soni, a student and youth digital wellness advocate, and the founder of ReBrain. Driven by a passion for helping young people thrive beyond screens, I created ReBrain to support families and schools in building healthier, more balanced tech habits.
After seeing firsthand how excessive screen time affects mental health, academics, and relationships, I launched the Phone Detox Challenge at my high school and began offering seminars and coaching to parents, educators, and students.
My mission is simple: to empower teens and their families with the tools they need to improve focus, strengthen real-world connections, and live more intentionally in today’s digital world.
